How does the LawyerPronto Service work?

We match experienced, specialist and geographically relevant solicitors and law firms with visitors to the LawyerPronto.com website by searching from our Solicitor panel database and referring your case to them. We look to match you with a solicitor of relevant experience and qualification to your case and ensure the pricing structure for their service is competitive. Does using the LawyerPronto.com service cost more than going to a Law Firm or solicitor directly?

No. Any payment that we receive comes out of the normal fees and is treated as a marketing cost. You are charged no more than the Lawyers standard fee for an introduction using our service. If anything using LawyerPronto.com will help to reduce your costs as Law firms are competing to win your business. Please also see the section below entitled ‘What does the service cost?’

What does the service cost?

At LawyerPronto we charge you nothing for using the website or our service. We are paid a referral fee by a law firm after you have instructed one. This is at no additional cost to you.

What do I do if I am not happy with the Lawyer(s) that you refer to me?

In the unlikely event that one of our trusted law firms we refer you to does not suit your requirements, please do contact us as soon as possible and we will be more than happy to try to refer alternative firms. You are under no obligation to deal with any of the firms we put you in touch with.

If this service is free, how do you make money?

We are paid a referral fee by the Law firms we match you with for a successful introduction. This way it is in our interests to make sure we put you in contact with the right law firm.

How do I give you feedback on a Law firm I have used?

We welcome and encourage feedback on all solicitors and law firms on our panel. We also welcome constructive feedback on how you have found our service (good or otherwise). Please do use our feedback page here. 

How long will it take for someone to contact me?

We will aim to call you back within an hour (of normal working hours) of you applying for a legal quote. Typically, you will be contacted by law firms within 48 hours.

Can Lawyer Pronto give me legal advice?

No, we do not give legal advice. We are a Legal matchmaking and comparison service introducing people and companies to law firms.  We search from our panel of specialist law firms to get you in touch with a solicitor or lawyer relevant to your legal needs

Can I advertise on LawyerPronto.com?
