Man breaks 15 laws in 11 minutes

I was amazed by the record 15 laws broken by a motorist in Switzerland in just 11 minutes, as sourced from the BBC News website

Apparently the unnamed driver is accused of weaving across the road a 100mph, including the hard shoulder and then running red lights before failing to stop for police.

On eventually deciding to stop (we speculate that perhaps he had only just realized that he was being followed by a police car or perhaps even driving a car at all!) he failed a drugs test.

Police were dumbfounded by this apparent disregard for road safety and the accused faces a lengthy jail sentence if convicted.

All of the offences are very serious and the team at LawyerPronto recommend that he finds an extremely good lawyer….pronto!

The odds do for acquittal do not appear to bode well and it is not a case which any individual should face a court unrepresented.

It is vital to take proper legal advice if faced with any motoring conviction, particularly as it could affect employment prospects not only through a driving ban but also lead to a criminal conviction. Cases as extreme as this are very rare but do take legal advice from a specialist motoring lawyer if you have any concerns as to a the impact of a negative outcome following an alleged offence.
