What should Landlords look out for when using an estate agent
There has been a lot of talk recently and over time, of how as a Landlord renting out a property you own the costs can mount up, sometimes they may appear stealthily.

Speaking generally, there is plenty of advice to pick up and on what to look for as a new landlord. Examples have been cited of a customer signing a 5 year contract to have missed the point that the agency required all 5 years worth of commission up front – a heft sum (this was *not* Foxtons). Does one pay repeat fees and commissions to an agency if the tenant stays on a further year and you are self managing the property? Plenty to think about
