What sort of Law firms are on the LawyerPronto.com Legal Panel ?
What is the typical or even ideal solicitor that appears on our Panel? What kind of service should a person seeking legal advice expect and what sort of service should a member panel company be prepared to give?

We are always prepared to refine our level of service which will always take its lead from the feedback we receive from real world customers, cases, law firms and comments.
1.)Initial Contact from a lawfirm will be with a solicitor, ideally the one who will deal with the case, not a secretary, PA or member of admin staff.
We feel this is very important. Time is precious and after LawyerPronto.com has located the most suitable solicitor member firm on their panel, the customer will have already spoken to a person. (There may be a situation where you don’t need to speak to us (lawyerpronto.com) & if you’d rather not due to whatever reason or sensibility, please make this clear and we will try to adhere to this request – though do be aware, when you do fill out our callback form, you are asking to speak to us)
A person needing legal advice in speaking to a trained solicitor or lawyer will then know they are speaking to someone who can either help them, or not. If not satisfied, we are always here to put you in contact with another law firm. Sometimes people will want a comparison. Sometimes they just want a second opinion.
2.)The Legal firm will make all attempts to call the client back within an hour
A client needs legal advice. They basically want to speak to a lawyer, pronto ….. In filling out the lawyerpronto.com contact request form, they have made a buying decision to contact a lawyer. They know the outcome could be instructing a legal professional which could cost money & possible life changing effects. Best not to make them wait too long
